Japan Techno Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2006 in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
At the time, we were mainly engaged in the worker dispatch business for the manufacturing industry.
The following year, we became a joint-stock company and opened the Kansai and the Kanto branch offices, and also obtained approval to provide job placement services.

The interview takes approximately one hour. We consider the interview as a place to deepen our understanding of one other so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us. I would like to know about the training and education system after joining the company.
External training and in-house training are available. We support the cost of taking various qualification exams. In addition, new graduates will receive about two months of training in business etiquette and technical knowledge before being assigned to a job site.

Are there any job transfers?
There is no transfer if you do not desire it. You may be transferred to a different site depending on the status of the project, but it will be within commuting distance from your home. We also hire only in certain regions.

I want to know about holidays and paid leave
The basic policy is two days off per week and 121 days off per year. In addition to the paid holidays, there are also vacations for Golden week, summer, year-end and New Year, congratulation and condolence leave, and birthday leave (1 day, paid) that can be taken in the month of your birthday.

Every six months, we set goals and evaluate the degree of achievement and contribution to the company. We receive evaluations from the supervisors and managers on-site. In the evaluation process, we make sure to take all opinions into consideration through interviews with sales representatives, company chiefs, and managers.

Social insurance is provided, all transportation expenses and overtime allowance are paid. Other benefits include position allowance, family allowance, dormitory (single/family), moving expense subsidy (up to 100,000 yen), and flu vaccination subsidy.
