Here’s where it gets serious.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest in Japan Techno.

I hope we can grow together and build on each other as respected colleagues. I am looking forward to meeting you.

◇What is your approach to recruitment?
It depends on the person’s thoughts and wishes, but we want to be able to work together for a long time. Therefore, we try to be sincere and honest with our clients.

◇This is what I look at in the applicants
Their personality
For example, even if there are some negative aspects to their personality, I would like to know what kind of effort they are making to improve it. I also see if they know their positives and how they showcase them.
However, since they would have to face many challenges while working as an engineer, I also consider whether the job profile would suit the applicant or whether they would have a hard time in that role, even if they have a good personality.
In such cases, I am open and honest with my clients, so we don’t have any disagreement after they join the company.
I understand that it may be hard to say certain things, but I appreciate it if they talk to me openly.

It’s the perfect job for people like this

  • 1Thos who have a challenging spirit, even if they are inexperienced
  • 2Those who enjoy talking to people
  • 3Those who want to acquire technical knowledge
  • 4Those who want to give shape to their ideas
  • 5Those who want to work in a stable environment
  • point01

Since we can provide extensive training, we hire people based on their personality, including their willingness to take on challenges, rather than their skills and knowledge.

  • point02

Communication skills are very important in the workplace because even an engineer cannot work all by himself.

  • point03

You will be able to experience various tasks and phases of work. We also provide support to get certifications, so you can acquire skills that will last a lifetime.

  • point04

At the Tokai branch, we are also engaged in manufacturing products. We feel a sense of accomplishment when we see products that use the parts we have designed being sold in stores.

  • point05

Although most of the work is done on secondment, our company’s basic policy is to hire full-time employees, so you can work without worrying about job security. We also offer a wide range of benefits to our employees.
