Japan Techno Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2006 in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.
At the time, we were mainly engaged in the worker dispatch business for the manufacturing industry.
The following year, we became a joint-stock company and opened the Kansai and the Kanto branch offices, and also obtained approval to provide job placement services.
As of 2021, we have a head office in Nagoya City, three branch offices in Kanto, Kansai, and Tokai, and four affiliated companies in Japan and overseas.

The average overtime hours are low, making it easy to make plans in your private time, and you can work with a clear distinction between on and off-hours.
We hire based on personality. We welcome those who have a challenging spirit,
even if they are inexperienced as we have full-time instructors at our Tokai and Kanto branches that can provide training according to their skills.
In addition to improving skills through on-site rotation, it is also possible to organize team members as in-house managers (Kanto branch office as of May 2021)
Even after you have been assigned to a job site, our sales staff and senior engineers will follow up closely. We also provide support to set up your living arrangement, if necessary.

How long is the interview? Also, is there anything I need to bring to the interview?
The interview takes approximately one hour. We consider the interview as a place to deepen our understanding of one other so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask us. We would also like to know about your past work experience and the dreams you want to achieve through your work during the interview.
I would like to know about the training and education system after joining the company.
External training and in-house training are available. We support the cost of taking various qualification exams. In addition, new graduates will receive about two months of training in business etiquette and technical knowledge before being assigned to a job site.
Are there any job transfers?
There is no transfer if you do not desire it. You may be transferred to a different site depending on the status of the project, but it will be within commuting distance from your home. We also hire only in certain regions.
I want to know about holidays and paid leave
The basic policy is two days off per week and 121 days off per year. In addition to the paid holidays, there are also vacations for Golden week, summer, year-end and New Year, congratulation and condolence leave, and birthday leave (1 day, paid) that can be taken in the month of your birthday.
I want to know about the evaluation system
Every six months, we set goals and evaluate the degree of achievement and contribution to the company. We receive evaluations from the supervisors and managers on-site. In the evaluation process, we make sure to take all opinions into consideration through interviews with sales representatives, company chiefs, and managers.
I would like to know about the benefits
Social insurance is provided, all transportation expenses and overtime allowance are paid. Other benefits include position allowance, family allowance, dormitory (single/family), moving expense subsidy (up to 100,000 yen), and flu vaccination subsidy. In addition, we are a member of the retirement allowance mutual aid system. We also offer subsidies for taking certification exams, purchasing books, and attending external training programs.
